Sunday run for singles in London

Hi

I have set up a running group for single Londoners which now meets every second Sunday in Regents Park at noon and is still taking new members.

It is entirely free - its a way for single Londoners who enjoy running to meet others. The pace is very relaxed, the group is friendly, and since we began in June we generally get around a dozen poeple along each time. (Members don't need to come along to each run, we have about 100 members signed up, with people opting in and out as suits them, but we usually get about a dozen on the day.

We run for between 35 and 50 mins, sometimes splitting into groups if some want to do less or more.

If you would like to join us, there are more details here, where you can sign up.  For the first time, we have got way more women than men for the next one (Sunday August 29th at noon in Regents Park) so gents are particularly welcome!

More details of the meeting point etc, and you can sign up here:

do you mean single as in single runners, or single as in relationships?

Hello - sorry for the slow reply.

Single Londoners means single as in not in a relationship, rather than a group for people who otherwise would be running on their own. Do join us if that appeals - we have about a dozen regulars now since we first met in June. Details below:
