I've been to Berlin, London, Venice and Barcelona but I am looking to go on another European city break. Any suggestions?

How about Paris? I've always fancied going. How did you find Barcelona, I loved it, although could have done with a few less jelly fish!

I loved it when I went to Barce- although I didn't see any jellyfish?? I'd like to go to Paris one day too. Especially for the bakeries and patiseries! (that's so not spelt right)...

Rome is beautiful - there are so many places to see and great food and drink!

It's one of the nicest cities in Europe that I've been to - loved all the sightseeing - the Colosseum was amazing and the Vatican is beautiful!

Rome's quite nice (make sure you try the ice cream!). How was Venice? I've always wanted to go there.

Do they call it gelati? I've heard Italians put olive oil and sea salt on it sometimes?! Weirdly I think that would actually be really nice! I think pistachio is a common one in Italy too. Right, I've decided, Rome is my next stop! (If not just for the icecream haha). Venice was soo beautiful (but also quite expensive). I felt like I was on a film set most of the time as it's hard to believe somewhere can be that unique and beautful. would definitely go back, I loved the food (and the prosecco) and all the romance :-)

It's definitely worth going just for the ice cream! Smile I love pistachio ice cream! Salt and olive oil on ice cream sounds quite weird...

Yeah it'd much better than Ben & Jerry's or Hagen Daz!

I've been to Rome and yes, the gelati was delicious! Although everywhere did seem rather expensive. But worth it for the wonderful atmosphere.

Yeah I found that in Venice and Barcelona but it's defo worth it. If you were put off by cost you'd never go anywhere! As much as I love the Uk you just want to get out sometimes! (and the UK isn't always super cheap anyway!)

No it's definitely not! I went to London for a few days this summer thinking that it would be cheaper than going abroad but I spent loads!
