New McDonald's themed burger has go the Italians in a strop, and some food critics have described the McItaly as a betrayal of Italy's culinary traditions.
Just wondering what's in it...spaghetti?

I can't even bring myself to go into a McDonald's let alone eat one, it's not so much the food it's the smell of the place - or is it just me?
Also just wondering if in Italy they serve a McBritain Burger - with fish and chips, bangers and mash or maybe roast beef and Yorkie pud?
