I won't be, just got use to running in my contact lenses, so won't be able to wear sunglasses over them unless I went and got some normal sun glasses (as I have prescription ones) - I am waffling!!!
Good idea though.
My husband definately will be... he is a total squinter!

I have been practicing running in contact lenses although it doesn't correct the stigmatism!! Could not get on with glasses whilst running although more concerned about keeping my hands from shaking whilst trying to put the lenses in on Sunday morning!!
Anyway, more to the point - this means that I get to wear some trendy wraparound sunglasses..............hopefully. So far, I end up taking them off and squinting as they rub my ears!! 8)

If there is any possibility the sun will show its face, then I will have my shades on. A good tip if its warm and sunny - put vaseline on your eyebrows as it will stop any sweat running into your eyes and making them sore

Had plenty of practise wearing them lately though!
I will be wearing my sunglasses.... I have been wearing them for the last few weeks whilst I have been training.... I will get a headache if its hot and sunny without them xx

I've got some cheep ones from sport soccer and they fit snug and comfy, they don't bounce at all. I had some expensive trendy ones a while ago and they fell of my head and into the Thames while I was at work one day. Lesson learnt
In the shade at the red start

Most of the races I run the sun shines I always wear sunglasses, I have Ocean brand that have rubber on the arms and nose. I also wear a running peak so I push the arms in the strap to keep them in place I have never had trouble of them slipping off.
If it's over cast I have them on top of my head also putting the arms in the peak strap, they are so lightweight I do not even notice I have them. I have had more expensive brand addidas and rayban... but I tend to loose them, take em off put them down and poof ! gone.
yes. i often run in sunglasses. they help keep the sun and grit out of my eyes.
Yes, I'll be wearing my sunnies, especially as it's supposed to 20 degrees and sunny. If I don't wear them I squint really badly and then end up with sore, watery eyes.
I treated myself to a new pair at the Expo yesterday - black Nike wraparound ones. I felt like Paula Radcliffe when I put them on!!
Good luck for Sunday everyone!! :D
