God a month. Seems a long time without a run doesn't it. I haven't been out again since Sunday and was thinking of not running till late next week-but it's driving me crazy. Have been bitten by the running bug haven't we all.
Frustrating as it is though, you're better resting it long term Cliffy. :cry:

Rest it from running debbs, but not from work..im a roofing contractor so up and down etc.
In the hot tub at the mo and its getting bleeding hot so must get out
