What is the official line of their effect on muscles with regard to reducing stiffness etc? I have been told they are no good for injuries, but if they reduce aches, they gotta be good right?

I always make sure I spend a good 10-15 mins in the Jacuzzi at the gym after a treadmill run. It seems to do the world of good, so I would definitely recommend it. Not sure what the official line ont this would be though.
Personally if you enjoy it and it makes you feel good then DO IT
Yes, if they reduce aches it will be good.
When will you good people finally realise that these questions a 3 years old?....
