Morning Morning
What a pleasant morning, the sun's shining and the birds are tweeting!!
, going to be a nice week weather wise too.
Have a good day all and enjoy your running/training, watching Wimbledon, sitting staring at walls, sitting drinking your spirit(s) of choice in the beer garden(nice) or what ever it is your all upto?
Cya
Andrew.
Morning
Nice outside but sadly
I'm stuck inside slaving over a hot computer. Running after work though, about 6 miles
Spoogie37, as named by The Style Council - not the pop group but some strange woman I used to work with who wanted to put me on the Trinny and Susannah show.

Yo! Indeed, lovely weather here in North London too, just everything crossed it stays until the end of the week as I'm off to GLASTONBURY on Wednesday YYYAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY! Did a nice 16 miler in Windsor Great Park yesterday followed by roast dinner and chocolate and games of Scrabble with my mum. Brilliant. We also went to see War Horse on Saturday which was seriously impressive, would recommend it. Also went to tasty tasty Mexican restaurant and my mum had her first ever tequila, shoddy work! Our work email was down Thursday and Friday, hope it's back up today, but means I'll have 400+emails I reckon. Not fun.
Morning Andrew,
I'm stuck inside staring at a computer all day too. It's days like this when I wish I didn't have to work - don't mind it so much during the winter. I'm due to go to a spinning class at lunchtime but I'm starting to think it would be much better to make the most of this lovely weather and go for a run by the canal. Have a good day everyone.
Morning. The suns out up here again. It's true then that it shines on the righteous?
Very jealous Clairey about you going to Glato, but I am working from Wednesday onwards this week. :-(
Is anyone going to Stoneleigh Park next month for the guide dogs gala day? It's the show ground in Warwickshire. Not far from Coventry. It's a great day and and excellent scenic 10k. I might go again if my ankle calms down.
Anyway, I gotta go fix some ceiling paper back on thats decided to go south. See ya. xx
