yep I am in up for meeting at the Scott Monument, I think i know the one it's huge if i remember correctly.

It only dawned on me yesterday that with the race starting at 9am we would be done by 2pm so there is a whole afternoon to relax and see some sights, so hoping some of you are going to the pub / cafe for a drink afterwards.

I arrived at work ready for my 7.30 shower only to be faced with a load of construction bods having a seminar in "my" cafe. hmmm ! not the quiet start i had anticipated.

Yes that's true, there'll be plenty of time afterwards if we get our skates on a bit!  Not sure about walking round on a sight seeing tour though......

I've decided I can't rest this leg any longer - it's been 10 days now. Doesn't seem to have changed much but I have to start getting some runs in so will have to go today or tomorrow. Got another sports massage booked for tonight too.

loads of things going on here today.... not working at school but at yarborough lesuire center with jakes senior school for their inter schools athletic cup, I'm officiating.... not that long ago i was there getting ready for the lincoln 10k... but hey ho as long as it doesnt rain too hard i'm fine..

I'm getting a new little lamb this morning.... mum had two lambs but cant manage to look after the both so the farmer is letting me have one.

I'm eating lots too Rob, but unlike you I put weight on when I eat lots.

Yay!  Lamb!  Our only remaining sheep is one we got as a lamb about 12 years ago, he is still known as "black lamb" despite being very much not a lamb and being a manky old grey colour nowadays!

Well 'MankyOldGreyNotLamb' doesn't exactly roll off the tongue I suppose...

Don't worry Cherry, you're still recovering, take it easy. Have a day of no cleaning!
