Heads up realbuzzers, we have just launched a competition today and the top prize is perfect if you are raising funds for a charity by doing any sort of challenge.

Yup, we are going to donate £500 toward one realbuzzer's charity challenge fundraising target. And it doesn't matter what type of charity challenge you are undertaking; marathon, 5k, trek, triathlon or swimathon, as long as you're raising funds for a registered charity, you are eligible to enter.  All you need to do is tell us your challenge, your charity and why you should be the winner. Easy...

Here's the link to find out more and enter the competition

Good luck!

Kirstie

I wouldn't object if I ended up with one of the vests!

I'd quite like to win, especially as I got the cheque for the charity auction thing I did yesterday, total paid for stuff £415 total left for my charity after commission, vat etc £328, I had a conversation about waiving the commission but apparently not with the right person!  It's a bit disheartening could do with something nice happening and yeah you're right winning a vest would be nice too except I never wear them so it would just go in a drawer.

Well I really need to step up a couple of gears now, I think a lot of people are waiting til nearer the time to see if I will actually make it to the start line before they sponsor me!

Has anyone won yet Kirsty?  Are we going to get to read the winners entry etc?

Is it too late to suggest we put it towards the picnic beer fund?

Posted 08.03.10, 1:34pm

Well given how few people are going to be drinking (you mainly) I'm not sure that's something we'd want to see!

So who else has won? Where is the special page with all the winner and runner up bits on it?

Posted 10.03.10, 11:27am

RRD what do you mean by "who else" won? Has there been a winner announced anywhere?

Posted 10.03.10, 11:42am

I got a runner up prize according to an email I got on Monday.
