Running Leggings

Technical is a brand which Blacks Outdoors sell and I had a lightweight breathable waterproof top from them and it's lasted me ages.  Try not to buy one too tight to your skin though, the waterproof material will stick to your skin when you sweat.  Hope you find a good'un

Depends on your budget and how much you're going to use it, but gore-tex is brilliant for outdoorsy stuff. Windproof and waterproof, guaranteed for a lifetime but expensive initially! Layering can also help with warmth, a close-fitting base layer works wonders.

I have a Karrimor windproof and waterproof jacket that does the job for the worst weather, I haven't found a suitable pair of trousers yet though.

That's great, good to know. Looks like I'll be shopping for these garments sooner rather than later as the weather is shocking! Where's the sun, it's July!?

Haha weather God! I no it's so awful isn't it.  It didn't stop raining by my house yesterday ALL day. awful, and it really does affect my mood.
