Question on Results

Did I miss some instructions ??
On the results list in the penalty column, penalty times were obvious but there are a number teams w/ minus minutes. Is this because they missed their start time?? -- i.e. the overall time posted is based on the posted start times but their actual run time was better by that -MM:SS amount because they started late??
Great run again this year -- Thanks to all the crew and volunteers!!!!!!
