I saw lots of people using GPS watches on their legs so I thought it would be cool if we could create a little ad hoc course map with map and elevation data for next year. It seemed like a few of the legs were measured wrong and the many of the elevation profiles in the handbook weren't very useful because the chart scale was too large.
Here are the legs I have ran and have GPS data from.
Leg 2 - 2008 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5934583 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 5 - 2006 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5936525 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 7 - 2007 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/3188752 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 10 - 2007 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/3188753 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 14 - 2008 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5934584 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 26 - 2008 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5934585 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 30 - 2006 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/5936567 [trail.motionbased.com]
Leg 36 - 2007 - http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/3188750 [trail.motionbased.com]
And if you want to be really geeky, you can download the course to your device so it will give you directions when you are running and notify you if you get off course.
