Yesterday I managed to knock 20 seconds from my 10k pb without even feeling that knackered during or afterwards! My training over the past year stagnated to I decided to add in a track session into my weekly routine. That was about two months ago and I can already notice the difference. It just goes to show that changing your weekly running regime really does work!
