Sexy workouts!

I've been struggling for ages trying to find a workout that's really effective but fun (we have all probably Googled this at some point!) I found this article which has really inspired me, so I thought I'd share! Here it is: http://www.realbuzz.com/articles/top-7-sexy-workouts-gb-en/

I tried pole dancing and it's such a good work out, I'm still rubbish at it and I definitely don't look sexy while I cling on, but it really does tone your legs and arms and it's so much fun!

I don't think my family would be too impressed if I started doing "strip aerobics" in my living room!

Haha possibly not no Laura, however there are probably classes out there so you can pretend you've just been the gym.  But I've tried pole dancing too and it is a lot of fun, I was hopeless at first but you do get better, the class had to do a sort of performance at the end of the 6 weeks course- how embarrassing!

Oh my gosh that must have been so embarrassing! Sounds really good though. I've heard a lot of people sing the praises of pole dancing.

How did it go? I'd really like to try pole dancing, but er, wouldn't fancy a doing a performance at the end of it! I've tried hula hooping which is on the list too - although I can't say I looked particularly sexy whilst doing, unless you call constantly dropping and picking up the hoop sexy?!?!

ROB! haha. I'd feel like such an idiot doing a performance at the end of it. I really want to try hula hooping! i thought it'd be quite easy but my friend says that the 'fitness' hula hoops have weights in them and it's really hard work! Still fancy doing it though!

I ran past a big poster yesterday at the bottom of our hill advertising a hula hooping class, might just pop down there and give my hips a bit of a wiggle, see what its like.

Visit any gym and you will see as numerous women as males exercising and becoming fit. It was once that ladies required aerobic classes and males were within the weight room, however women are side-by-affiliate with males within the weight room lifting significant weights. Female fitness is large business.

Women of any age and dimensions are recognizing the advantages of engaging in shape and remaining fit. Doctors are suggesting weight bearing exercises for ladies of any age. Older ladies who participate in weight bearing fitness programs experience less issues with brittle bones along with other problems associated with loss bones and muscles. Women with joint disease are expected to take Bikram yoga and yoga classes to stretch and strengthen their aching joints. Even women that are pregnant are told not to stop their exercise programs throughout her pregnancy, simply to be careful and customary sense when exercising.

Women are participating in swimming classes in addition to aerobic classes. Regular boxing courses are becoming extremely popular workout routines for ladies. Women feel empowered and in charge when taking boxing and self-defense training. Tai Chi programs are soothing and focused, but women like to consider karate classes and work at generating their black devices.
