Stretching

I stretch. I mean, I really S T R E T C H!

Does anybody really stretch? I hear pros and cons about it and wonder if I'm doing the right thing.

Oh yeah, I really stretch! Without stretching, I'd be hobbling at a relatively young age and certainly wouldn't be able to run marathons... After years of static stretching that did nothing for me, I discovered active isolated stretching and it's made a huge difference. I suggest you look into it as an option if you don't like static stretches. Diane also swears by yoga, but I can't get into that...
