Oh boy - hamstring strain - i think! Hurts more to the top inside of the leg, but very depressed! Tried to run through it on Sunday, but even worse today.

Anyone else had similar problems?

mines the same, top inside leg, and under my bum cheek! grade 2 tear, trying to get honest opinion on recovery time! hurts to walk or lift my leg to put shoes/clothes on! you?

I pulled up last nigh excrutiating pain behind my knee & running up the back of my thigh. I'm hoping its not a hamstring with VLM next weekend .
