de lurk introduction

hi all

have been lurking on the site for a while and thought that I had better introduce myself. My name is David and I have only been running for the best part of a year. Was fairly active in my youth but that first slowed to a crawl and then stopped over the past ten years.

I completed the Northampton 10K and the Great North Run last year and did an ok time (friends and family werereally pleased with it) but really want to do better this year or next so looking for some majr inspiration LOL
