New Guy - Hello-Need advice.

Hi everyone. Tried again this year in the open ballott however, unsuccessful. Going for a charity place now. At the time I registered I also registered 2 colleagues as I have done so before. I got the unsuccessful magazine in the post and they got nothing. I have a copy of the successfull email registration too. Is this common? How do I find out if they are in?
