These are the articles - Healthy Living, 2 or 3 articles.  They are a reminder for us to eat well.

The problem NOW (as is happening here) is not whether you are eating right, but what you eat.  I know of vegetables farms that grow just for sale.  Their own consumption is at another small plot (usually behind their homes).  So, you can imagine, the poor vegetable farmer knows what he is doing. They are Not bothered so is the government Or rather the consumers themselves.

The same goes for Fish, Chickens, etc, etc. They used Formalin to keep the fish looking 'fresh' as they are out for a least a week before they are back.

While the "organic' vegetables are 3 or 4 times the price of ordinary vegetables.  The majority of restaurants Do Not served organic vegetables.  Unless, you are like me, a part-time home cook,  is the only way to stay healthy.

Our neighbour, Singapore once rejected vegetables grown here.  Now they are only importing organic vegetables ( as the exchange rate favours them).

How are Food over there?

Growing your own is probably the best option if you can wherever you live
