Im new Helloooooooo
Hello everyone my name is Ady I am new to this and new to this site too, I am creating a website called Adys Journey so friends and family can follow my journey that I have been taking. I have lost 7 1/2 stone since last july I started running on a treadmill at christmas and I have been training 2 hours a day four days a week and I am now running out on the road and have just acheived a 9 mile run without stopping so I am very proud of my self as I wouldnt of been able to do this a year ago weighing at 24 1/2 stone I have applied for the london marathon and have started training and if there is anyone out there who would be so kind to offer any advice for me I would really appreciate it, I am focussed to complete the london marathon for charity. I reckon I am in the right place to ask all of you pro runners and before I go thank you in advance.

That's brilliant Ady - fantastic weight loss, great dedication to go for 2hrs at a time as regularly as that, really good going getting to 9 miles and the best of intentions for the future too. Really well done . Welcome to Realbuzz, and if I can offer up just one small piece of advice, at the moment it would be this; stick with what you're doing, it's obviously working .
