Hi everyone! I have signed up because I've heard so much about this site. I'd love to get more into fitness and healthy living- nothing too overboard but I recently started swimming and yoga. When I get out of the pool I am starving and it's hard to walk past those vending machines and not buy a cheeky mars bar! Has anyone got any snack suggestions that will have the sugary taste I crave but not so fattening and unhealthy! Thank you :)

Hunger after a workout is a great sign - shows that your muscles have been working and are craving some glucose. Why not put a couple of jaffa cakes or jelly babies in your swim bag? And make sure you drink plenty of water before and after your workour (including swimming!!) - your body can oftern confuse hunger and thirst.
