Hello Friends,

Hi rsranch and welcome. The forums are very good for sharing knowledge and tips. They're also quite motivational because when everyone else is talking about how far they have ran or how healthy they're eating, it inspires you to do the same. The tools are really useful too - definitely worth a look if you haven't already. And the articles under the healthy eating and fitness sections are packed full of info. You're definitely in the right place if you're into a healthy active lifestyle!

Welcome to realbuzz! The forums are really great if you're looking for advice - everyone was really helpful when I was training for my first 5k last year - so well worth posting any questions that you have!

Hey Jeff! Just wondering how you're getting on using realbuzz?

Hi Jeff, hope you're enjoying the site
Hey everyone! I'm also a noob. I'm living in Germany where's it incredibly easy to find organic and bio food, but I still miss the range of "real" organic Westcountry cider I used to get down Devon way ;)
