This year's Bristol Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday 5th September.
It is now in its 22nd year and it is a truly remarkable event with a fantastic atmosphere. The route will take you past the Harbourside, along the Avon Gorge and will pass twice under the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
As in previous years, JDRF will have guaranteed Gold Bond places for the event. Alternatively, you can purchase your own place and run in aid of JDRF. Online registration is now open at www.bristolhalfmarathon.com.
If you are interested in running in the South West's leading road race in aid of JDRF, please get in touch on 0117 945 2491 or southwest@jdrf.org.uk.
We will support you every step of the way, providing you with a JDRF running pack, fundraising advice, training plans and an exclusive JDRF Team Pingu running vest.
Run for JDRF and join us in finding the cure for type 1 diabetes.

There will be 29 JDRF Team Pingu runners taking part in the Bristol Half Marathon on Sunday 5 September. Thanks so much to everyone that has signed up!
Myself and Megan Brown will be there on the day to cheer along all of our runners, so if anyone would like to join us and give the members of JDRF Team Pingu a little boost as they go speeding past, we will be stood outside Prince's Pantry, on the north side of the Prince Street Bridge, near Mud Dock.
Good luck to everyone taking part!
Chris
