What ever happened to women being supportive of one another and friendly? Today I have been trodden on by another women with no apology and then barged past to be served ahead of me in a queue! Come on ladies! Where are your manners?

Awkward?! I do think it does tend to be females too - I've never noticed men shoving  past each other when shopping!

One man pushing past another is quite likely to get a punch right in the kisser, so maybe fear of that regulates the behavoir?

Big cities are really bad for the pushing and shoving - I find myself apologising loads, even though it's other people that push into me!

The departments in men's stores seem to have a lot less stuff in too, seems to be a lot less stressful than shopping for women's clothes
