They say eating an extra 50g of processed meat, approximately one sausage, every day would increase a person's risk of getting pancreatic cancer by 19%. What do you think?

Pleased to say that I have managed to avoid sausages and bacon so far this year, though I do like Pork Luncheon Meat (spam basically) and corned beef, which I guess is also processed meat. Quite aside from the pancreatic cancer issue, these things are not all that good for you anyway - how much fat and salt are in these foods?

You've got an increased chance of that type, but I bet it'll probably end up reducing your risk of another.
