Fat and flabby realbuzzers?

It's estimated that the average person will put on around 4lbs over the festive period - I think I may have squeaked at least this since the 20th of December. I wanted to know how much you put on. Are you lithe and lean or fat and flabby?

Well, at 212lbs, I don't think anyone would ever refer to me as lithe and lean, but I am already down 3.5lbs and dropping, so I feel good. Target weight by 1st April 192lbs, so well on the way.Smile~

I haven't weighed myself but my weight never changes, to be honest. Money mouth

I put a few lbs on, but I'd lost some before Christmas by not doing anything different so just put that back on.

I have no idea and no interest of knowing..... besides with the mileage which must be done before the Marathon, who cares. EmbarassedTongue out

I haven't gained, lost a couple of lbs but my weight fluctuates regularly by about 2-4lbs so it could easily go up again.

I'm 10st at the moment and size 12.

Not overly concerned. I've got to train for the Kilomathon in March, which is mileage enough and I'm active, so any Christmas indulgences shouldn't stick too firmly to my hips :P

HI all!

Believe me or not, I kept the same weight over the holidays! I am 40 years old, 162 cm height and I have 51 kg. So I was last summer! I did not eat a lot, although it was a festive season. Seasons do not mean eating and drinking only! I actually eat more when I am more active, in spring and summer time. I stayed mostly in with this winter weather and I was not too hungry. I do not eat unless I am hungry! I will start my running training soon!

51KGs,,,,blimey, the last time I was that light I was 12 years old!........Cry~

I would weigh myself but i have lost my scales underneath all the choccie wrappers.

Nah, not a choccie girl really, I like the savouries!

I didn't put any weight on over Christmas! Woo-Hoo! I'd calculated (by a completely random, unscientific method) that over the Christmas period I could allow '1 mile, 1mince pie', which was fine except the formula expanded to 1mile = 1 mince pie + portion of cream, + a piece of stollen + 1 large Baileys or a bottle of beer + a handfull of cashews + all the green triangles in the Quality Street Tin at work + another piece of stollen + just some of that cheese with the cranberries in and a few crackers please, thank you.

Seems to have worked tho.

PIG!.......Yell~

I was happy to gorge over Christmas knowing full well that the weight would fall off once some serious training began. It already seems to be despite not being able to get out much because of the crap weather conditions. Wish this snow would finally go.
