Subject: Nervous stomach
Jeez. I am too nervous to keep food down, and it's still like two weeks until the race.
Am I the only one? Is there something that can help me not be so anxious?

Are you still feeling so anxious? I hope your stomach has settled down a bit since your post. Remember, you've been training for this over the past 4-5 months (maybe longer). Your engine is tuned up and you're ready to go on Sunday. Drive the course on Saturday (when downtown traffic is lighter). Plan to dedicate each mile to someone in your life you admire, who has supported your running, who is facing or has overcome a challenge much greater than the one you will be facing.
Most importantly, what you will do Sunday will change your life. Focus on every mile, every person you meet, every detail of the morning. It will pass faster than you think. Completing a marathon is something you will carry with you for the rest of your life.
As you strongly sprint down Nationwide Blvd, stand tall, look up, raise your arms in the air for your finish-line photo!
