Baby It's Cold Outside

My goodness it's cold! I mean COLD!! My ears are frozen, my nose is a small block of ice. My scamp is so cold it hurts.

Does anyone have any suggestions for headgear to wear while training in the winter?

I have a Nike headband that's made of fleece (nice and warm) and completely covers my ears. It's nice if you have long hair that you like to pull into a ponytail when you run - it can just pop out over the top of the headband. Sometimes hats and ponytails aren't a comfortable mixture. I tried wearing a bellaclava (spelling?) once, but didn't like the way it covered my outgoing breath - felt a bit suffocating. I wish someone would invent a nose/cheek covering that didn't make you look like you were running from a robbery.
