Course?? HELP!

I am considering running this marathon, but don't know anything about it. Can anyone tell me about the course? Is it fast? Scenic? How are the crowds?

I don't believe Marathonguide.com, because eveyone there always just pees all over everything...so I'm looking for some input here.

In the event you have not decided yet-

I did this as a half last year, will do as a full this year (which alone should tell you something). It is flat and fast, no question. It is a double loop with all the advantages and disadvantages that implies. Scenery varies from uninspired beach neighbourhood cottages to some pretty fine high rent areas I wouldn't mind living in at all. The photo tour on the site is pretty indicative. Crowds are good, food is good, expo is good, portolets adequate, pacers at various speeds

Long way from Georgia, but if that's not a problem, I would say yes, go for it.

I think it is well worth the run- I have done it twice and I am doing it again this year.
