keto...and my health
I have been on keto for a couple of months now ( for those not familiar its low carb <30g, high fat) I have lost 30lbs in 2 months and i feel great (as far as the weight loss is concerned). I do have a concern though, I eat about 2 dozen eggs a week and i know that is alot of cholesterol. I have also developed a slight arrythmia sometimes after eating a heavy meal. Am I killing myself while trying to lose weight? I thought about getting some blood tests done but i don't have health insurance yet due to starting a new job. Has anyone ever had lab tests done where they paid out of pocket? My budget is super tight now, so its only compounding my stress. I googled and found this site which has some cheap tests but never done lab work out side of a doctor's office.
On keto, afraid its killing me, want tests have no insurance, Help
If you can't afford to get help could you not just go on a healthy eating diet? One that has a bit more of a balance? Then you can always go back on the diet when you can afford some help and support
Eating so much Eggs, will generate a lot of Heat in your body and can cause problem to your stomach. It's best that you do regular exercise and eat diet food.
