Are berries the most nutritional fruits?

They are one of them, though it's best to eat a wide variety of fruits to get lots of different nutrients. Blueberries are meant to be one of the most antioxidant-rich berries, have been having them in smoothies in the morning recently to try and get some more antioxidants in my diet!

We grow raspberry's in the garden. We use them for compote and jam. The fresher the raspberry, the better the taste!

I don't really like fresh raspberries, they're too wooly and the seeds are the worst of all the berries. It's like peaches, fruit shouldn't have fur!!

I think strawberries are my favourite, but I do like raspberries too. I kind of like blackberries but they stain your teeth a bit when you eat them!

Blueberries for me - I have them everyday for breakfast with natural yoghurt, oats and mango.

I'm not a fan of anything with fur either... it's just plain weird. I think strawberries are my favourite too, but I love having a mixed bowl of all of them, feel super healthy after it.

Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and gooseberries are my favourites

Raspberries, currants and cranberries are my least favourites. I will eat them if I have to but would rather not!!

Although gooseberries are a bit furry-ish, it's not soft fur so it's somehow OK!! I don't mind raspberries so much if they're cooked and sieved. I did a gooseberry, blackcurrant and raspberry crumble last year and it was really nice.

I don't think I've ever tried gooseberries - what are they like? I love blueberries and strawberries with natural yogurt - uber yum!

Its a medium sized berry, usually green and round in shape with slight 'fuzz' thats a bit prickly. They often have a tart taste unless theyre very ripe. They are better cooked but I do like them raw, the tangyness is appealing!

They sound strange, but I'm intrigued to try them.
