What does everyone consider 'pigging out'? How much would you have to indulge in to make you feel like you had tipped the scales?
Don't worry, be happy :-D
polishing off the last of a tub of ice cream -so easily done!

I pig out when I can't be bothered cooking. I'll end up making something like natchos, and have a giant bag of crisps. Totally unhealthy; very salty; but tastes so good!
Uh-oh spaghetti ohs
A whole packet of biscuits! That makes me feel like I've pigged out!

A box of chocolates is quite bad, I don't do it on a weekly basis but It has been known to happen haha

I consider pigging out to be ordering takeaway! I spend so much time watching what I eat that when my mates suggest ordering an Indian or some other takeaway I relent and reward myself.
That being said there are loads of healthy takeaway options such as Sushi or healthy Chinese meals. - I know it's got a bad rap but steamed Bamboo shoots with fresh fish ;) does only does it taste delicious it's although great for dieting.
Pig out for me is a big bar of galaxy or too many pringles (or both). Usually carried out in front of a film whilst slobbing on the sofa. Luckily for my waistline I don't do it too often.
I've never really considered a takeaway to be a pigout, I can only eat so much before I'm full. We mostly eat indian takeaway, so I have 1/2 to 3/4 of the rice, 1/2 the curry and a naan bread which overstuffs me a bit, but it's too tasty to stop. Our local indian is a restaurant and takeaway and it's amazing. We do use takeaway as an excuse not to cook once or twice a month though, so we just consider it as a normal meal. It's only a proper pigout if you're ordering an excessive amount of food or doing it too regularly!
I know someone who orders takeaway 5x a week though and thinks it's fine to do that. I wish I had their wages, that's for sure!

I probably have takeaways a bit too much - although once/twice a week doesn't sound too bad compared to 5 x a week.
I had a HUGE slice of this chocolate fudge/gatauex like cake last night from this amazing cake shop- it was a challenge, but I battled through and finished it by the end of the night, we should have shared one rather than getting one each really... but it was worth it!
