Pre run food
What should you eat before a big run? And how long before you set out should you be eating it?
Hey, I just found this information on realbuzz: researchers at Penn State University found greater benefit from a moderate-GI snack compared to a high-GI one, when consumed 45 minutes before exercise. http://www.realbuzz.com/articles/what-should-runners-eat-and-drink-during-training/#pagination-top
That's really interesting. Thanks, Fielder. I want to find more out about GI foods actually, anyone know much about them?
Don't worry, be happy :-D
