Welcome to all VLM 11 runners

Firstly thank you for choosing to support Orchid by running the Virgin London Marathon 2011. 

It is a huge challenge but 100% worth every hour (and there will be many) of training. The sense of achievement following the race is phenomenal and knowing you have run it for such a worthwhile cause will make all the difference. 

Please feel free to use this forum to get to know the other runners, gain training tips and ideas for fundraising.
