Shoe question

What kind of shoes do y'all suggest for this race?

I was kinda hoping someone would answer this too. The courses look like they demand different kinds of shoes, being that some of the course is asphalt and some is gravel, right?'

this is mentiioned on the website--we would suggest road shoes, because although there are some miles with gravel, there is nothing very rough or super rocky, but in our opinion it is tougher to run on pavement in trail shoes because they tend to be 'sticky'.
