Age group awards

Does anyone know what's the hold up with the age group awards??? 

I asked on the day of the race and was told that they wait a few days to confirm the results, and then all awards are mailed out.  Anyone receive same info?  Anyone receive award in mail?

I have left messages on the phone answering machine and also sent emails but I've got no responses except for an autoreply to email that says nothing (hope u had fun,,,blah, blah, sign up for next 2009, blah, blah). 

I've never won at such a large race before. . . is this the way it goes?  Seems really crappy!
