Any suggestions on any good bars to hang at after the Marathon? There has to be some excitement somewhere eh'?
There are no good places in Philly Huh?
It depends on what you're looking for. Try Dirty Frank's. You might find what you're looking for or something like it.

What kind of place are you looking for?
You can scout out places as you run the course, good bars in Olde City, Center City and Manayunk too. More family oriented places too.
Kildare's in Head House Square is a race partner. They're near the 4.25 Mile Mark.
Winnie's LeBus in Manayunk is a partner too and they're near the turn around in Manayunk
But if you tell me what kind of place you're loooking for I can point you more in the right direction
Nothing crazy, just a place that may have some thirsty marathoners afterwards with a good vibe. I appreciate you guys taking the time to reply.
Check runnersworld.com discussion board. There is a board set up specifically for the Philly marathon under "Races and Places" and also a link on the home page. This question is answered in detail by a poster. I didn't want to cut and paste and copy his suggestions which are good, IMO.
