I was thinking of making my favourite sandwich as a mid-week treat: a beef and stilton wonder. But I want to be extra healthy in the run up to Xmas, so here's a challenge for all you healthy people. Can you make your favourite treat healthy?
My favourite dinner is spaghetti bolognese so to make it healthy I could change the beef mince to turkey mince, use fresh tomatos as a sauce and use wholemeal spaghetti
