Is the half-marathon shirt a technical shirt

I am debating on coming to Cleveland for the 1/2.  Does anyone know if the 1/2 shirt is a technical running shirt?  I do a lot of races and have become a bit of a t-shirt snob :o)

Hi- Yes, the 2010 half-marathon shirt is a short-sleeved, Asics technical shirt. See you in May!
