missed packet pickup

Due to unforeseen circumstances my parents and I, all registered racers, were unable to pick up our packets today. We will be terribly disappointed if we can't race. Does anybody know what we can do, or have a number to call? Thank you much.

I'm in the same boat.  Didn't know they had to be picked up by 6pm today.  I'm trying to find an answer as this will be very displeasing if we aren't able to participate.  I'll post any answer I get.  And would appreciate any info you may find.
