Subject: just starting..
I have just started running and am doing 2 miles. Am going to Turkey soon and want to run 2 / 3 times a week whilst on holiday. I know it will be hot, but for only 2 miles should i worry about taking anything other than lots of water and less beer in the evenings?

Hi sellis, my only advice would be listen to your body! If it's to hot to run, don't run. If you feel thirsty, drink! 2 miles shouldn't be a problem depending on how hot it is, but don't push yourself at first. Just drink enough and run at a comfy pace. Enjoy it!,,,and the holiday!
