We're going on a 10-day cruise and I want to keep training for this race. Is there something I can do to keep training on a cruise ship??
As a cruise junkie I have some limited experience on this one.
I know that Celebrity Cruise ships have jogging tracks on most of their ships, and many have virtual reality bikes, which are pretty cool, as well as NordicTrack and Aerobicycles in their fitness centers.
Carnival has fitness clubs that vary as to what they offer, but cross-training is definitely possible on this line.
The QE2 health spa has a an indoor pool, 7 or 8 Cybex weight machines, and a bunch of cardiovascular machines, as well as the standard free weights and aeorbics.
Hope that all helps.

I've only been on one cruise line, Holland America Line.
They have fitness centers which have the usual machines, aerobics, and body conditioning classes. You can also run around the ship, and lots of runners do that.
