I am nervous about this race. Does anyone have any last minute advice for keeping my head right?

My coach says the best thing you can do is SMILE. It lightens your mood, and people respond to you. It helps you remember why you are there, and not take yourself too seriously.

Also, draw back on your toughest long runs - the ones where you felt so tired or slow but you finished anyhow. Or the ones where it was 95 degrees but you toughed it out. Truth is, the marathon is your victory lap! The TRAINING IS THE HARD PART~! You've earned it by marathon day!
