Are there a lot of spectators along the route? Bands?

I remember last year -- or maybe the year before -- reading about the Joggler, who is the runner who juggles 3 balls while he runs, joggled in this race.

The article, if I remember right, mentioned "hundreds of spectators" cheering at just one location along the route that it mentioned.

They have what's called a "Neighbourhood Challenge' -- yeah, with extra vowels. They have local clubs and groups put on festivals in the various neighborhoods along the route. They also have "cheering centres" where people from the neighborhoods turn out to cheer us on.

There are cash awards for the best neighborhoods, so the turnout is always great, as is the cheering.

We watched from South Riverdale last year, and they were the winners of the neighborhood challenge. It was thrilling! They provided not just a great bunch to cheer with but lion dancing and live music.

How can I find out what neighborhoods have what going on?
