I know this is going to sound stupid as all get-out, but I have no idea how to institute a formal training program.
I plan to run the half marathon in Toronto, and have been "winging it" as far as training.
I've been running 4K for awhile now, and I will begin tomorrow running 5K.
How long should I do that? Or should I do it that way? What's the best way to figure out how to accelerate my distance?
