No prize as such - just bragging rights over the rest although I do have a wager with Flanker each year.

I think Ben Moon won last year, followed by Marc Roby, so they're the guys to beat...

As long as Man Utd win the league, that's all that matters right?

Doyley,,,there are only 5 people in our league who scored less than me last week..!!!!!...I don't give a stuff, because one of them is YOU
........lets keep it that way for the rest of the season eh..???
BTW, was it just me or did anyone else get locked out of FF site last week.? I couldn't take out my unavailable players which obviously explains why I started soooo badly..

*some vacuous drivel*.......................
There was a bit of stuff up with their site - I received an email yesterday by way of an apology from them. It appears loads of people couldn't log in so they've re-jigged a few things and given options for starting the mini-league from week 2, re-instating wild card etc. I thought I had a pretty decent start and will settle for being just 3 points behind you at this early stage. Marathon and sprint spring to mind.

For those who haven't received the email from the Premier League Fantasy Football you can read it here:

In the interests of fairness we will start the realbuzz league scoring at week 2, time to pull out your unavailable players flanker!...

"fairness" Only fair if you were at the bottom Christophe. 61 point down the drain! Not happy.

The site problems last week made me learn the hard way not to leave things until the last minute, I was trying to register on saturday morning to join the league we have in my family and it was having none of it. It's a shame really because the team I picked would have got 68 points and been top of the league! I've joined now (as the appropriately named Delayed United), and I've joined the realbuzz league, hopefully I can catch you all up.
Great you're in now Rmc, and Jack your denial-of-service attack on the premier league site was foiled in the end, serves you right!

So how did everyone get on? Removed Kuyt from my team who was then picked by Dalglish to play but thankfully Suarez came off the bench to score otherwise it could have been a lean week. Flanker, you're lagging behind already.

I didn't do too badly, although Aguero let me down as my captain

Depending on whether Tevez stays, and Dzekos form, it will be interesting to see how Mancini juggles Aguero with those two.
The transfer window closes today, so there could be bargains to be had. At least the end of the window stops the speculation of who's moving where...

So did anyone bag a lot of points from the 8-2 at the weekend?

Ashley Young did the honours for my team but I think some people have Ashley Young, Dzeko and Rooney in their teams.
