Tonight BBC 1 8PM is Sports Personality of the Year 2011 - who do you hope or think will win?

Its GOT to be Mo Farah for me, it cant be anyone else surely!?

Yeah, Mo Farah. Has some significance for me as he won his medal on the day of the Maidenhead half, and I was finishing my race just as he was finishing his.

Controversially, no women on the shortlist. I reckon that in future there should be a best male and a best female (its what they do in music, for example). So, who is the best sportswoman of the year?

I will go for Jessica Ennis, anyone who can do it in several disciplines is worthy of admiration (of course you don't have to go for women on that list).

I think it would have to be Chrissie Wellington, although if it was Chrissie vs Cavendish I think Cavendish would have still won and rigtly so
