New Orleans

I'm off to New Orleans for a couple of days later this year - has anyone been? Any recommendations on things to do there?

I've never been myself, but know people who have and loved it - they really rated Bourbon street.

Well it's famous for it's French culture, maybe explore a little of this before you go out? I imagine it will be a great trip whatever you get up to though.

Definitely will - love all the French-style houses so will be getting very snap happy! Less than a month to go no - so excited!

Try the classic New Orleans dishes Jambalaya and Gumbo.

That looks great, although I'll have left New Orleans by then - only there for a cheeky few days, before heading off to the Sunshine State
