New Year in Times Square

I'd really like to go away for New Year this year (so getting ideas well in advance) - has anyone spent it in Times Square before?

Yeah I was in Times Square for the millennium and it was brilliant; absolutely crazy place and so much going on.

New York is brilliant at that time of year (or indeed any time of year); definitely worth a visit!

That's awesome that you were there for the millennium! Was it crazy busy? I've been to New York - but only for a few days and on a budget - so would be nice to go back again money!

I just stayed in this year - was going to go to my mates, but the hotels were expensivo!!  how about you?
