What's your favourite way to travel?
Plane (it usually equals holiday which is always nice)

I think maybe train - you get to see lots, move around and meet more people as the get on and off. Loved interail for that reason.

I love to travel by boat. Whether it's a trip across the Channel, the Irish Sea or even a ferry between small Med islands, it's all part of the holiday experience. Just sit back and relax.

Cruise ship- so the travel part would be part of your holiday!
Walking!...obviously once you've got to wherever you're travelling to,,,walking is the best. you get to see everything and you can stop whenever or wherever you feel like stopping. had some lovely walks and ended up in some fantastic places all over the world by accident because of walking.

Quite right Flanks - trains can be interesting, and boats too - especially if you propel them yourself - but nothing connects you with the land & wildlife like walking through it. Best foot forward!

I'm not a fan of trains, no matter where I go they're always delayed and then I miss connections- it's just not nice. I'm a fan of planes- and the further I get to go the better!!
I'm not a particular fan of any kind of travel- if I could just sleep through all of the travelling and just wake up where I'm meant to be I would every time!! Roll on the star trek things that just get you where you want to be!!

Really? Have you never been on a good road trip?

Would love to do business class air travel just once to see how much more bearable flights are. The lack of leg room puts me off any long haul trips and I much prefer the short trips to the likes of Amsterdam. You are only just settling into your seat and before you know it you are getting off again.
Do or do not - there is no try!
I went to Tokyo a couple of years ago in business class and I didn't want to get off the plane. I haven't said that very often before!. it was heaven.

Who did you fly with? I've never heard anyone say they haven;t wanted to get off the plane after a long haul. You must have been on the champagne!

Business class - bliss...one day maybe!

I flew business class on a really short flight when I was younger- it was awesome, for the very short time I was on there!

Cycling, if the world was flat (but the you don't get the down hills I guess)
Sometimes I'm here, sometimes I'm not.

Well if you were possesed of the power to flatten the world I'm sure you go that little bit further and tip it as well to make it all downhill!
I like travelling by air. I like looking out the window and watch the world go by like a giant map. However, sometimes long-haul flights can be boring. I also like the train.
